We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy mirrors the Moderate policy we use on Airbnb, so you get the same conditions wherever you book.
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of making your booking, as long as your check-in date is at least 7 days away.
Cancel 5 or more days before your check-in date and you receive a full refund of everything you have paid.
The first night of your stay is non-refundable; you receive a 50% refund of the remaining nights. Service costs (cleaning fee, bed linens, dog fee) are always fully refunded if you cancel before check-in.
If you leave early, the nights you stayed plus one additional night are charged; you receive a 50% refund of the remaining unspent nights.
Simply reply to your booking confirmation email, or contact us at info@casakrullenbol.com. Refunds are returned the same way you paid, normally within 10 days.
